Account and Data Deletion App: Sudoku League (스도쿠 리그) ■ How to delete your account Option 1. In the app (recommended) 1. Open the app and tap the person icon at the top right of the home screen. 2. On My Page, tap "Delete Account" near the bottom. 3. Confirm. The deletion is processed immediately. Option 2. By email If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, write to ysw5202222@gmail.com and we will process the request after verifying your identity. ■ Data deleted (immediately on request) - Your Google or Apple account link and account identifier - Email address - Sign-in sessions (signed out on every device) - Nickname — replaced with "Deleted user", leaving nothing identifying - Profile image - Sign in with Apple tokens — revoked with Apple as part of the deletion - Pending matchmaking entries and unused race room codes - On-device data (game progress, statistics, settings) is removed when you uninstall the app ■ Data retained, and why - Race records (results, rating changes, timestamps) and daily sudoku records are kept in anonymized form rather than deleted. A race record is also the opponent's history and rating trail, so erasing it would damage another player's record. In these records you appear only as "Deleted user", with nothing that identifies you. - Reports you filed are kept for up to one year after they are resolved, for review and abuse prevention, and then destroyed. - A one-way hash of your sign-in identifiers (email address and social sign-in id) is kept for 7 days. It exists only to enforce the re-registration wait below: a hash cannot be turned back into the original value, and is used solely to tell whether a new sign-up is the same account. It is destroyed automatically after 7 days and is linked to no record or identity. ■ Signing up again For 7 days after you delete your account, neither the same Google or Apple account nor the same email address can be used to sign up again. This stops deletion and re-registration from being used to undo a rating or walk away from a report. After 7 days you can sign up again with no further steps. ■ Deleting some data while keeping your account If you want specific information erased without closing your account, write to ysw5202222@gmail.com and say what you would like removed; we will handle it after confirming the request. Your nickname can be changed at any time from My Page in the app. Race and daily sudoku records are the exception. A race record is also the opponent's history and rating trail, so removing it would damage another player's record. Those records hold nothing that identifies you. ■ Retention periods Anonymized race and daily records carry nothing that identifies a person and may be kept for as long as the service runs.
